You wake in a cold sweat from uneasy dreams your mind trying to form something from the collage of images flitting through.  Then sounds.  The sounds.

And your eyes open wide - and you sit up:

Victoria Derbyshire; and Stephen Nolan both up for a Sony radio award.  

And you feel and hear your breating quicken and your heart thump, and slowly, so slowly take a breath, inhaling for half the time you exhale.  

And again.

And again.

And you sigh.

It's a dream.  

It's just a dream.

And internally you hear the rhythmic chant

everything will be okay
everything will be okay

And then you're conscious that you're still asleep, that it's a waking dream, and in your dream your arms stretch and oyu reach out and put the radio on, and they announce the Sony nominations, and it's true.

It's true.
